The Ogun State Health Insurance Agency offers you several ways to enroll as a beneficiary.

As beneficiary you detailed are stored in the system and you are able to take advantage of the benefits of the Health Insurance Scheme.

How to enroll on OGSHIA Informal Sector Scheme?

You can enroll through:

1. Third Party Administration

2. Self Registration
3. OGSHIA office
4. Visiting our primary health centre facilities

Process of Registration:

  1.  You can register on our website, by visiting our office, by visiting our registered PHCs  or  an assigned Third Party Agent (TPA) of OGSHIA to register you
  2. You will pay a premium of 12,000 per annum for an individual or 48,000 per annum for a family package. The family package offers a discount.
  3. There is a waiting period of two months
  4. You get an Identification card with a unique number for you!
  5. Then access care when needed

Self Registration

To enjoy the benefits of the scheme, you can register online by yourself. Please note that biometrics capturing will be required to complete registration.

Once you have completed the form online, our customer service personnel will contact you and provide you with additional information on how to complete your registration and the details for your biometric capturing.

We also provide registration services at our office. When you visit the OGSHIA office, any of our experienced personnel will assist you with your registration.
