Launch of Ogun State Informal Sector Health Insurance Scheme and Basic Health Care Provision Fund Program

Gov. Dapo Abiodun (MFR) launches Ogun State Informal Sector Health Insurance Scheme and the Basic Health Care Provision Fund (BHCPF) programme on 3rd February, 2022 at the June 12 Cultural Centre in Abeokuta.

The Informal Sector Health Insurance Scheme target residents of State in the informal sector, the BHCPF which is a Federal Government intervention targets the indigents in the society. The benefits package for the health insurance schemes will cover both preventive and curative health services, taking into note the prevailing local morbidity and mortality profiles.
