Enrollment Options

You can enroll through: (1) Third Party Administration (2) Self Registration (3) OGSHIA office (4) Visiting our primary health centre facilities.

Premium: ₦12,000 per annum for an individual, or ₦48,000 per annum for a family package (discount applied). There is a waiting period of two months after registration.
