The Ogun State Health Insurance Agency offers you several ways to enroll as a beneficiary. As a beneficiary your details are stored in the system and you are able to take advantage of the benefits of the Health Insurance Scheme.

How to enroll on the OGSHIA Informal Sector Scheme

You can enroll through:

Third Party Administration.
Self Registration on our website.
The OGSHIA office in Abeokuta.
Any of our registered Primary Health Centre facilities.

Process of Registration:

Register online, at our office, at a registered PHC, or with an assigned Third Party Agent (TPA) of OGSHIA.
Pay a premium of ₦12,000 per annum for an individual, or ₦48,000 per annum for a family package (discount applied).
There is a waiting period of two months after registration.
Receive an Identification card with a unique number.
Access care at any accredited provider when needed.

Ways to Enroll

Self Registration

Register online at your own pace. Biometrics capturing will be required to complete registration. Our customer service personnel will then contact you with the next steps.

Register via Third-party

Visit one of our accredited Third-party Administrators in your LGA to be assisted with your registration.

Register at OGSHIA Office

Walk into our office at Maria Sokenu Complex, beside Nigerian Immigration Office, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
